Property Management and Rental Program

If you choose to join the Aqua Marina rental program you sign a contract with the property managment company for one year at a time. The company will pay you $7,200 USD /year for 11 months use of your property. Further they will pay over $6,000 additional for all your monthly condo fees, utilities and furniture replacement.
You can choose to use your condo any 4 weeks of the year for both sides or 8 weeks each year for one side. If you don't need all that time you can obtain addtition rental income.
