Bay View Grand and Puerto Fino Condominiums were both built by the same developer around 2004.  The first 4 towers from south to north are numbered towers 1000 to 4000.  After
these 4-20 story towers were built the developer decided to build 2 more 20 story towers but had to name the towers with a different name-thus the Puerto Fino Towers were named.

Both developments are essentially the same with the exception of some minor modifications that buyers suggested. I
prefer Puerto Fino due to the open kitchen design, open floor plan and more expansive balconies.

The Puerto Fino Towers are directly North of the 4 Bay View Grand

The prices vary according to the floor number ( the higher the condo the more expensive the condo), units vary from 2 to 4 bedrooms corner units command a higher price as they have a 350 degree water view. Amenities upgrades include marble floors and stainless steel appliances and more

Exterior units command a higher price with their incredible water views from every room. All kitchens are the same size and differ slightly with appliance selection. The difference between a 2 bedoom and a 3 bedroom is the 3 bedroom masterbedroom has a beach/Caribbean view and a very spacious living and dining area. All condos have a jacuzzi, usually (99%) are located on the Caribbean Terrace.
There is a full service spa and gymn, child play areas, wireless internet acess in the lobby and pool areas
24 hour/gated security and maintenance. In short many of the services you would expect in a 5-star development.
